Berry Pancake by the recipe of food stylist, Lovoni is wonderfully simple, adding to its allure. Serve it for afternoon tea or as a dessert with ice cream or cream.

For Berry Pancake you need the following ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups milk
2 teaspoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons butter
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries, icing sugar, maple syrup, whipped cream and extra berries to serve)

How to make berry pancake?

Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a baking pan and line base and sides with parchment paper. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt together in a medium bowl. Combine milk and vinegar in a small bowl and let stand for 5 minutes. Add half the butter, egg and vanilla and whisk until well combined. Add to flour mixture and whisk until just combined.
Brush the parchment paper with a little butter and scrape the batter into the pan. Scatter with the fruit, leaving about 1/2 cup for serving and drizzle the batter with the remaining butter. Bake for 20 minutes until set and then broil for 2 minutes until golden. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into 6 servings. Serve dusted with icing sugar, maple syrup, whipped cream and extra berries.
